Everthing is falling into place...sort of

Just got offered a TA position for the History Department. Were I to accept this position it would mean I get $495 for the semester AND I get to be one of the four history department bitches. Wheeeee. But networking is a good thing. Now I get to decide if I can handle 15 hours of classes a part-time job and a teaching assistantship. Either way, my hobbies will once again be pushed to the wayside *sulk*. I need to get OUT of school. I am tired of working one full-time job (school) plus one part-time (possibly two now) and still being broke. Papers are effectively grating on my nerves. I want my free time back with enough energy to make use of it, even if I will use that time to accomplish nothing.

I suppose I don't have much room to complain though. As my father put it "this is a very good dilema." To have too many options available to you is better than to not have enough. But I am still fighting the desire to want to have my cake and eat it too.

By the way Katie, that Lubriderm lotion with oat extract stuff you left on the coffee table...fantastic!! I think I am going to get you another bottle for Christmas in hopes that you will leave it out again.
